About various certificate issuance
Issuance of certificate with the window
You fill out "Request for Delivery of Certificate" or our school predetermined paper, and please apply at a window.
I issue a certificate of student registration, an entering a dormitory certificate, the certificate on the spot if you would wait for around 20 minutes.
Otherwise, I will send it back later as it takes a few days.

Issuance of certificate by the mail
Enclose request for grant, a stamp, the return postage for the certificate issuance fee which you filled in with entry with the requirements
Please apply by mail to the following request.
